Cindy Johnston
Administrative Assistant
Cindy Johnston has served in many administrative roles over the years and has held positions with schools, phone companies, and most recently held a position as office manager for a restoration company. As our administrative assistant, she assists with bookkeeping, filing, social media, bill pay and so much more.
Michael Bryant
Founder & CEO
Michael Bryant has been evaluating and reselling real estate on a high level for more than 8 years. In that time, he has purchased over 500 properties and resold them for a large turnkey company. As COO, he oversaw the entire process from contract to close. He was also featured in the Birmingham Business Journal People on the Move. Michael then used his experience and knowledge of the industry and market to start High Point Capital, LLC. He has a proven track record of providing his investors with a solid rate of return in the real estate industry. He has an associate degree from Northeast Alabama Community College and a bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of Alabama. He is a licensed real estate agent and a member of the BAR & NAR.
Stacey Bryant
Co-Founder & CFO
Stacey Bryant has been working in the administrative field for over 18 years and real estate for over 3 years. She has been responsible for bookkeeping, bill pay and payroll of multiple locations, negotiations with vendors, HR related issues with team members as well as web design and maintenance. Her business experience combined with an eye for detail and strong conviction for doing things by the book ensures that the business practices and procedures of High Point Capital fall in line with State and Federal guidelines. She also works closely with a third-party accountant to maintain compliance. She is also a licensed Real Estate Agent and a member of the BAR & NAR.
Paul Bryant
Operations Manager
Paul Bryant has been involved in the construction industry for 22 years. He owned and operated his own Heating and Air Conditioning Business for 9 years and was General Manager of another large HVAC business for 9 years. He has his Alabama State Heating and Air License and has 4 certifications from North America Technician Excellence (N.A.T.E.). He also is a licensed Master Gas Fitter and Journeyman Plumber. Paul now serves as our Operations Manager and oversees the general day to day operations, acquisitions and construction teams.
Halfred Bryant
Construction Manager
Halfred Bryant has worked in the construction industry for 46 years. In that time, he has built windows, done framing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, metal work, roofing and more. His knowledge and expertise has been influential to our construction teams. As construction manager, he oversees the day to day tasks of our contractors and ensures that our projects are done on time and to code.
